What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text file containing a small amount of information that is stored on a user's computer via a web browser so that a website can remember a particular user.

The length of time a cookie remains on a user's computer depends on whether it is a persistent or session cookie. These cookies are used to deliver advertising and marketing content tailored to you based on your browsing, purchases or interests. We use cookies of this type in conjunction with third-party organizations that provide tools that allow us to group users to target specific content and advertising.

If, for example, you browse our sites or apps, add tickets to your shopping cart or complete a purchase, you may see ads for these or similar events as a result. This may include Facebook ads, Google search results, or an email we send reminding you of tickets that are in your shopping cart all the time.
