Many people know Alexander Vasilyev as a permanent host of the TV program Fashionable Verdict. However, his life path is much more interesting and deeper. After studying at the production department of the Moscow Art Theatre Studio School in 1982, Alexander moved to Paris, where he became an active participant in international shows, worked with the greatest fashion and theater houses. Now Alexander lectures in four languages at many colleges and universities around the world as a visiting professor of fashion history and stage design.

Alexander Vasiliev is the owner of one of the largest private collections of costumes from the 18th to the 21st centuries. This collection has been shown in many countries around the world - Australia, USA, Chile, Turkey, Hong Kong, Belgium, Great Britain, France, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, etc. Alexander Vasiliev's foundation is located in Lithuania and France. He was also one of the first to speak out against Russia's aggression against Ukraine.
